GFH Financial Group would like to announce that it has sold 157,815,208 shares of its treasury shares (representing 4.12% of its total issued shares) to Aljomaih Holding Company and strategic investors and hence the total number of treasury shares held will reach 182,049,582 shares (representing 4.75%).
