GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired
2,455,000 shares of its shares (treasury shares) increasing the total holding of treasury shares
from 359,862,584 shares to 362,317,584 shares representing 9.45% of total issued shares as at
7th July 2022.
