GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired
4,205,849 shares of its shares (treasury shares) increasing the total holding of treasury shares
from 317,657,513 shares to 321,863,362 shares representing 8.40% of total issued shares as at
14th June 2022.
