GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired
3,516,224 shares of its shares (treasury shares) increasing the total holding of treasury shares
from 302,414,545 shares to 305,930,769 shares representing 7.98% of total issued shares as at
7th June 2022.
