GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired
19,291,205 shares of its shares (treasury shares) on Bahrain Bourse, Dubai Financial Market,
Boursa Kuwait and Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange increasing the total holding of treasury shares
from 276,823,340 shares to 296,114,545 shares representing 7.73% of total issued shares as at
31st May 2022.
