GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 8,085,000 shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 333,747,876 representing 8.708% of the total issued shares to 341,832,876 representing 8.919% of total issued shares as of 07th January 2026.
