GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 17,289,411 shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 193,545,104 representing 5.050% of the total issued shares to 210,834,515 representing 5.501% of total issued shares as of 06th November 2025.
