GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 790,000 shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 172,721,461 representing 4.507 % of the total issued shares to 173,511,461 representing 4.527% of total issued shares as of 30th October 2025.
