GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 2,915,000 shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 162,906,461 representing 4.251% of the total issued shares to 165,821,461 representing 4.327% of total issued shares as of 23rd October 2025.
