GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 2,080,000 shares of its shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 210,322,418 representing 5.49% of the total issued shares to 212,402,418 representing 5.54% of total issued shares as of 16th May 2025.
