GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 175,000 shares of its shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 197,846,941 representing 5.16% of the total issued shares to 198,021,941 representing 5.17% of total issued shares as of 25th April 2025.
