GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 470,000 shares of its shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 196,776,941 representing 5.13% of the total issued shares to 197,246,941 representing 5.15% of total issued shares as of 21st April 2025.
