GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 716,000 shares of its shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 186,639,864 representing 4.87% of the total issued shares to 187,355,864 representing 4.89% of total issued shares as of 11th April 2025.
