GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 2,440,000 shares of its shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 179,327,200 representing 4.68% of the total issued shares to 181,767,200 representing 4.74% of total issued shares as of 08th April 2025.
