GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 3,627,250 shares of its shares (treasury shares), increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 173,924,950 representing 4.54% of the total issued shares to 177,552,200 representing 4.63% of total issued shares as of 06th April 2025.
