GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 2,840,000 shares of its shares (treasury shares) increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 334,760,623 representing 8.73% of the total issued shares to 337,600,623 representing 8.81% of total issued shares as of 17th March 2025.
