GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 15,400,300 shares of its shares (treasury shares) increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 313,630,323 representing 8.18% of the total issued shares to 329,030,623 representing 8.59% of total issued shares as of 13th March 2025.
