GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 7,693,193 shares of its shares (treasury shares) increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 305,937,130 representing 7.98% of the total issued shares to 313,630,323 representing 8.18% of total issued shares as of 12th March 2025.
