GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 8,212,483 shares of its shares (treasury shares) increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 297,724,647 representing 7.77% of the total issued shares to 305,937,130 representing 7.98% of total issued shares as of 11th March 2025.
