GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 2,900,000 shares of its shares (treasury shares) increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 277,415,723 representing 7.24% of the total issued shares to 280,315,723 representing 7.31% of total issued shares as of 04th March 2025.
