GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 11,264,132 shares of its shares (treasury shares) increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 266,151,591 representing 6.94% of the total issued shares to 277,415,723 representing 7.24% of total issued shares as of 03rd March 2025.
