GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 4,400,000 shares of its shares (treasury shares) increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 261,751,591 representing 6.83% of the total issued shares to 266,151,591 representing 6.94% of total issued shares as of 02nd March 2025.
