GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 6,064,000 shares of its shares (treasury shares) increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 252,889,653 representing 6.60% of the total issued shares to 258,953,653 representing 6.76% of total issued shares as of 27th February 2025.
