GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 4,219,289 shares of its shares (treasury shares) increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 243,735,917 representing 6.36% of the total issued shares to 247,955,206 representing 6.47% of total issued shares as of 25th February 2025.
