GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 7,448,120 shares of its shares (treasury shares) increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 236,287,797 representing 6.17% of the total issued shares to 243,735,917 representing 6.36% of total issued shares as of 24th February 2025.
