GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 8,947,489 shares of its shares (treasury shares) increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 241,483,093 representing 6.30% of the total issued shares to 250,430,582 representing 6.53% of total issued shares as of 05th June 2024.
