GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 21,480,148 shares of its shares (treasury shares) increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 210,107,031 representing 5.48% of the total issued shares to 231,587,179 representing 6.04% of total issued shares as of 03rd June 2024.
