GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 353,254 shares of its shares (treasury shares) increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 209,753,777 representing 5.47% of the total issued shares to 210,107,031 representing 5.48% of total issued shares as of 02nd June 2024.
