GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 9,890,113 shares of its shares (treasury shares) increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 199,863,664 representing 5.21% of the total issued shares to 209,753,777 representing 5.47% of total issued shares as of 31st May 2024.
