GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 1,100,000 shares of its shares (treasury shares) increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 280,629,510 representing 7.32% of the total issued shares to 281,729,510 representing 7.35% of total issued shares as of 03rd May 2024.
