GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 27,112,532 shares of its shares (treasury shares) increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 253,516,978 representing 6.61% of the total issued shares to 280,629,510 representing 7.32% of total issued shares as of 01st May 2024.
