GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 4,504,430 shares of its shares (treasury shares) increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 170,452,781 representing 4.45% of the total issued shares to 171,182,781 representing 4.47% of total issued shares as of 19th March 2024.
