GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has acquired 1,997,018 shares of its shares (treasury shares) increasing the total holding of treasury shares from 369,413,803 representing 9.641% of the total issued shares to 371,410,821 representing 9.69% of total issued shares as of 23rd October 2023.
