GFH Financial Group would like to announce that in line with exemptions granted by the Central Bank of Bahrain, Securities and Commodities Authority of the UAE and the Capital Markets Authority of Kuwait, GFH will not be publishing its Q1 2020 financial results. The first reviewed financial statements that will be prepare and published for this will year will be in August for the 6 months period ending 30th June 2020. Accordingly, discussion of the Q1 2020 financial results will be removed from the agenda of the upcoming Board meeting scheduled on 12th May 2020.
