GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that the Ordinary
General Meetings scheduled for today Sunday, 19th March 2023, did not meet the required
quorum as the quorum reached was 21.11%. Accordingly, the second meeting will be held on
Sunday, 26th March 2023 at 11:00 a.m. through the same electronic means.
