GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that the Ordinary General Meeting scheduled for today Wednesday, 23rd September 2020, was unable to meet the required quorum as the quorum reached was 17.30%. Accordingly, the second meeting will be held on Wednesday, 30th September 2020 at 11:00 a.m. at Al Areen Palace and Spa.
