GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that the Ordinary & Extra-Ordinary General Meetings scheduled for today Tuesday, 23rd March 2021, was unable to meet the required quorum as the quorum reached was 14.97%. Accordingly, the second meetings will be held on Tuesday, 30th March 2021 at 11:00 a.m. through the same electronic means.
