GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that the Ordinary & Extra-Ordinary General Meetings scheduled for today Thursday, 7th October 2021, were unable to meet the required quorum as the quorum reached was 32.07%. Accordingly, the second meetings will be held on Thursday, 14th October 2021 at 11:00 a.m. through the same electronic means.
