GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that the Ordinary & Extra-Ordinary General Meetings scheduled for today Tuesday, 30th March 2021, were unable to meet the required quorum as the quorum reached was 27.11%. Accordingly, the third meeting will be held on Tuesday, 6th April 2021 at 11:00 a.m. through the same electronic means.
