GFH Financial Group (the Group) hereby announces that one of its affiliates has obtained a final and non-appealable court judgment against another company and its shareholders. The judgment obliges the defendant company and its shareholders jointly to pay an amount of USD 24 million, or its equivalent in Bahraini Dinar, which will have a positive impact on the Group and its subsidiaries.
