GFH Financial Group would like to announce to its shareholders and the markets that on Sunday, 6th March, 2021, it increased its ownership in Khaleeji Commercial Bank B.S.C. (“KHCB”) from 55.41% to 69.05%, which comes as part of the Group’s strategy to increase its ownership in KHCB.
This acquisition is expected to have a positive impact on the Group’s profitability.
