GFH Financial Group B.S.C. would like to announce that based on a request from some investors and post the Board of Directors review of the performance of GFH’s share price and trading volume on Boursa Kuwait, the Board have resolved to raise a recommendation to the shareholders to reconsider the decision to delist from Boursa Kuwait in the nearest general assembly meeting.
