GFH Financial Group would like to announce that it had increased its stake in the investment firm GB Corp B.S.C. from 50.41% to 62.91% through strategic swaps valued at US$ 1.7 million.
The agreement between the two parties was signed on 31st March 2022 and the announcement is made as soon as the regulatory approvals were received and the same has been reflected on GB Corp’s shareholder register.
