GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has increased its stake in GFH Equities B.S.C. Closed (previously known as GBCorp B.S.C. Closed) in the month of July 2024 by 12.50%, giving them a majority stake of 76.63%.
This Investment is expected to reflect positively on the Group’s financials and increase its returns.
