GFH Financial Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that the Extraordinary General Meeting scheduled for today Thursday, 25th March 2026, did not meet the required quorum as the quorum reached was 61.79%. Accordingly, the second meeting will be held on Wednesday, 1st April 2026 at 11:30 a.m. via electronic means.
