With reference to the approval of the Central Bank of Bahrain on the extension of the tenure of the current Board of Directors for a period of 6 months, GFH Financial Group B.S.C. announces that the nomination for the election of the new board of directors will open before the General Assembly meeting for the financial year ended 31st December 2023, which is expected to be held during March 2024.
