With reference to GFH Financial Group’s market notification dated 21st June 2025 in relation to the Credit Rating issued by Capital Intelligence Ratings, the Group would like to inform its shareholders and the markets that it has withdrawn the ratings assigned to the Group by Capital Intelligence Ratings due to the Group’s current reliance on credit ratings issued by two of the world’s leading credit rating agencies namely Fitch Ratings and Standard & Poor’s Global Ratings (S&P).
