Reference is made to the article published on Tuesday, September 26, 2023, regarding the issuance of in-principal approval by the Capital Markets Authority (Kuwait) to GFH Financial Group to establish a company that practices securities activities in the State of Kuwait, GFH Financial Group confirms that the in-principal approval from the Capital Markets Authority (Kuwait) was obtained, as previously announced, on 22/10/2022.
In the same context, GFH Financial Group would like to confirm that this in-principal approval has been renewed for an additional period of 6 months to complete the establishment procedures, ending on April 2, 2024.
