GFH Financial Group B.S.C. (“the Group”) would like to announce the reduction in the direct ownership of Al Raghad and Al Manar Real Estate Company (“Shareholder”) in the Group to below 5% during the trading session of 24th July 2023, and hence, the shareholder is no longer considered a substantial shareholder in the Group.
