GFH Financial Group would like to announce that its Board of Directors meeting held on Thursday 12th November 2020 at 1:00 pm Kingdom of Bahrain time, discussed and resolved the following matters:

  1. The Financial results for the third quarter of 2020 for the period ended 30th September 2020;
  2. Approved the decision to delist the Group’s shares from Boursa Kuwait and transfer the shares to Bahrain Bourse; and
  3. Other internal matters.
